All four paid plans (Basic, Pro, Business, Enterprise) include the same 12 features today — quotations with public Accept/Decline, recurring invoices, GST/VAT reports, bank reconciliation, multi-currency, public share links, per-org branding, role-based access, trial balance & reports, your-own-SMTP send, hash-chained audit trail, and passkeys/2FA. Plans differ on volume: 1/3/10/Unlimited organisations, 2/5/15/Unlimited users per org, and 100/1000/Unlimited/Unlimited invoices per month. When we ship a feature that warrants tiering, we’ll add it as a row in the comparison table — not hide it behind a paywall.
Yes. No card required. The trial is auto-assigned on first sign-in. It includes the Basic feature set capped at 1 organisation, 2 users, and 50 invoices. After 14 days the trial does not auto-convert — you pick a paid plan at Settings → Billing. You can still sign in and view your data after the trial expires; creating new invoices is blocked until you upgrade.
Every journal post, invoice change, role assignment, SMTP config edit, and subscription update is appended to a SHA-256 hash-chained audit log. If a row is altered after the fact, the chain breaks — and our verifier reports the break, the row and the field. Designed to satisfy MCA Rule 11(g) (the Indian Companies Act audit-trail requirement). It’s included on every plan — not an upsell.
Yes. 8 countries with native tax handling: India (GST — CGST/SGST intra-state, IGST inter-state), UAE (VAT 5%), UK (VAT 20%), EU (VAT variable), US (state-level sales tax), Singapore (GST 8%), Australia (GST 10%), Canada (GST/HST 5–15%). Fiscal year defaults are country-aware — India and UK get April start, Australia gets July, the rest get January.
Monthly or yearly. Yearly saves 2 months across every tier (10 months for the price of 12). Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades hold until the current billing cycle ends — or until your usage fits within the lower tier’s limits. Cancel any time — data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation so you can reactivate without losing books.
