Confirm before dispatch.
Score RTO risk before it ships.

Every cash-on-delivery order lands in a confirmation queue with a deadline and a risk score you can read. A voice agent makes the call, a Messenger agent drafts the WhatsApp, and the database refuses a shipping label until someone has said yes. NDR, abandoned carts and returns sit on one recovery desk.

The usual path

One rule: confirmation before dispatch.

Every COD order walks the same four steps. The pack makes the third one impossible to skip.

1

Order arrives

Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho arrive through the API. A COD order is queued on arrival, given a confirmation deadline and an RTO risk score.

Queue · deadline · risk score
2

Confirm by call or WhatsApp

A voice agent rings the customer, or a Messenger agent drafts the WhatsApp for someone to approve. Every attempt and its outcome is recorded on the order.

Attempt · outcome · on record
3

Label only after a yes

An unconfirmed COD order cannot take a shipping label. The database enforces it. Unconfirmed past the deadline, the order auto-cancels, but never one that already has an AWB.

Label blocked until confirmed
4

Recover what slips

NDRs get Reattempt, Fix address or To prepaid. Abandoned carts get a nudge. Returns and RTO cost are tracked, so the numbers on the tiles are real.

Recovery desk
Orders, COD risk and recovery

What the pack adds to the CRM.

Leads, calls, tickets, tasks and invoices stay as they are. The pack adds the screens a D2C brand runs on, with five tiles on top: orders today, awaiting confirmation, COD share, RTO rate, cart recovery.

COD confirmation queue

Every COD order is queued the moment it arrives, with a deadline. Confirm by call or WhatsApp and record the attempt and the outcome on the order.

No label without confirmation

An unconfirmed COD order cannot take a shipping label. This is enforced in the database, not in a checklist, so no one can ship around it.

Auto-cancel past the deadline

Still unconfirmed when the deadline passes and the order cancels itself. Anything that already has an AWB is left alone, always.

RTO risk with published weights

A visible column on every order. COD +35, high-value COD +15, no usable phone +20, no valid 6-digit pincode +10, large COD basket +10. Medium from 35, high from 60.

Rescored on convert to prepaid

A customer switches to prepaid and the order is rescored instantly. The COD weights drop off and the risk chip changes in front of you.

Catalogue on days of cover

Each variant shows stock divided by average daily sales, so you see days left rather than units. A low-stock strip keeps the ones about to run out on top.

Campaigns pause themselves

Link an AI Studio campaign to variants. When a variant’s days of cover cross the line, the campaign pauses on its own instead of selling stock you do not have.

Recovery desk

Abandoned carts, the NDR queue with Reattempt, Fix address and To prepaid, returns and RTO cost. Each NDR action is written to the order timeline.

Five tiles that tell the truth

Orders today, awaiting confirmation, COD share, RTO rate and cart recovery, computed from the queue and the recovery desk, not typed into a dashboard.

AI for D2C brands

AI makes the call.
Rules score the risk.

The Ecommerce pack has no AI tools of its own. The CRM’s voice agents, Messenger agents, Campaign Studio, AI Studio and MCP do the work, and the one number that decides what ships is deliberately not a model.

Voice agent · COD confirmationThe order lands. About 90 seconds later, the customer’s phone rings.

The voice agent introduces itself as AI, reads back the order, asks for a yes, and logs the outcome on the order. No answer and it retries after 4 hours, then a day, up to 3 attempts, between 8am and 9pm in the customer’s timezone. It answers inbound calls too, on a number you own.

Agent: Hi Ananya, this is the AI assistant for the store, about order 2314: two items, cash on delivery to your Koramangala address. Shall we send it?
Ananya: Yes, please.
Agent: Confirmed. It will ship today and you will get the tracking link on WhatsApp.

Messenger agentDrafts the WhatsApp. You send it.

Confirmation messages and cart-recovery nudges are drafted with approved templates and wait in the approvals queue. Nothing goes to a customer on its own.

Hi Rahul, your order of 3 items is ready to ship on cash on delivery. Reply YES to confirm, or PREPAID to pay now and skip the wait.

Deliberately not AIRTO risk is a published score you can check by hand.

The number that decides whether an order waits for a call is rules, not a model. Same inputs, same score, every time, and anyone on the team can explain it to a customer or an auditor. It is rescored instantly when an order converts to prepaid.

How many COD confirmation calls did we make yesterday, and how many ended in a yes?
96 calls, 71 confirmed. 14 went to voicemail and are on retry, 11 declined. The commonest reason in the transcripts was “ordered by mistake”. Want the declined list as tickets for support?

Questions

Straight answers for D2C brands

Does it sync with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho?
Orders from those platforms arrive through the Graciax API. There is no native one-click sync yet, so your developer or integration partner posts orders to the API, and from there the COD queue, RTO risk and recovery desk take over.
Does it send COD confirmation messages automatically?
No. A voice agent makes the confirmation call and introduces itself as AI. A Messenger agent drafts the WhatsApp confirmation or recovery nudge, and every send waits for a person to approve it. Nothing goes out to a customer on its own.
How is RTO risk calculated?
With published weights, not a model. COD adds 35, a high-value COD order adds 15, no usable phone adds 20, no valid 6-digit pincode adds 10, and a large COD basket adds 10. Below 35 is low, 35 to 59 is medium, 60 and above is high. When an order converts to prepaid it is rescored instantly.
Can an unconfirmed COD order ship?
No. The database refuses a shipping label for a COD order that has not been confirmed. An order still unconfirmed past its deadline auto-cancels, but never one that already has an AWB.
What is days of cover?
Stock divided by average daily sales, shown per variant in the catalogue with a low-stock strip. Link an AI Studio campaign to variants and it pauses itself when a variant crosses the line.
How is the pack billed?
Per workspace, never per seat. Everyone in the workspace gets the pack the moment the workspace holds it. Pro includes one vertical pack, and packs run side by side. See CRM pricing for plans and add-ons.
