Public pricing, rented numbers, five voice engines and budgets you set
- Pricing v2 – flat plans per workspace: Starter ₹3,499 for five users, Growth ₹9,499 for fifteen, Pro ₹18,999 unlimited and Enterprise on custom pricing, each with a seven-day free trial by invite. Cloud telephony and the WhatsApp Business API are included on every paid plan. Yearly billing takes about 15% off. Existing autopays are held at their current price: yearly to the end of the paid year, monthly for sixty days. One-time launch packages: Assisted Launch ₹9,999 and Complete Handover ₹24,999.
- Rented numbers – no carrier account of your own? Rent an Indian number or a US toll-free number Graciax owns for ₹750 a month from your credits. Calls on it carry a small per-minute carrier charge, shown before you rent; numbers you bring carry none. Rental terms are accepted once, by typing your name.
- Five voice engines, named for what they do – Standard, Natural, Vivid, Swift and Premium, with a new Swift engine that is best at knowing when the caller has finished and a Natural engine that answers in about a second. Every one of 76 languages can be picked, and a test pane says what a minute costs before you press the button.
- Economy, Standard and Premium modes – each agent picks its model at run time from a ladder your plan allows. Monthly budgets per agent and per workspace warn every admin at 80% and stop at 100%, and a run estimated above your approval line waits for an admin.
- Bookings and meetings – a booking made on WhatsApp or by a scheduling connector appears on the Bookings page, lands on the rep’s own Google Calendar with a Meet link, on Microsoft 365 with Teams, or on Calendly, and the invite goes out from their account. Microsoft Bookings and a booking-page link work as the scheduler for voice agents.
- Inbox → Templates – see what is approved on every WhatsApp number, preview it, and draft, request and track the templates you need. Transcripts and WhatsApp chats can be read in English at one press.
- Conduct rules – every script, brief and template is read before it is saved. OTP harvesting, impersonating a bank or the police, guaranteed returns, threats, betting and denying being an AI are refused, and repeated attempts suspend the workspace’s AI. Every lead is treated as an enquiry from the moment it exists, do-not-call and revocation still stop every dial, and on Indian numbers the AI disclosure line can be switched off per agent while the agent still admits what it is the moment anyone asks.
- Shopify on the phone – once the store is connected, a voice agent answers “where is my order” and “is it in stock” live on the call, and reads nothing out until the name on the order matches.
- Integrations that check their keys – 29 connectors verify credentials against the vendor when you save, every payment gateway proves its signature and settles only on a capture, and Twilio joins the voice carriers with inbound numbers.
- Talk to Studio from a phone – the mic is in the store apps and on small screens. iOS 1.3 and Android 1.3 are on the stores, with a drag-to-close quick view for leads and tickets.
