From requisition to placement invoice,
with a fee that never moves.
Two pipelines run at once, client requisitions and candidates, joined by the application. Flags tell you which roles are ageing, scorecards decide who goes forward, the offer locks the client’s fee, and the joining date raises the invoice. A voice agent screens new candidates within about 90 seconds of arrival.

Requisition in. Candidate placed. Invoice out.
The pack is written for agencies that place people with clients. Every step below is a screen in the CRM, not a spreadsheet beside it.
Requisition opens
A client sends a role. You record SLA days, openings, the placement fee %, fixed CTC, notice days and experience. The SLA clock starts and the flag reads On track.
Requisition · SLA days · fee %Candidates come in
Every candidate is de-duplicated by phone. An application joins them to the requisition and carries the stage. A voice agent rings new candidates within about 90 seconds and books a callback into a real free slot.
Application · de-dup by phoneRounds and scorecards
Each interview round gets a scorecard. The candidate’s headline score is the latest scored round. A rejection cannot be saved without a reason.
Scorecard · reason requiredOffer, joining, invoice
The offer copies the client’s fee % at release and never changes. Recording the joining date raises the placement invoice and starts a 90-day replacement clock.
Offer · invoice · 90-day clockWhat the pack adds to the CRM.
Leads, calls, tasks, tickets and invoices stay exactly as they are. The pack adds the screens a staffing agency runs on, with five tiles on top: open roles, ageing, in pipeline, joined, applied-to-joined.
Two pipelines, one application
Requisitions and candidates each have their own pipeline. An application joins one candidate to one requisition and carries the stage, so both views are always true.
Requisition flags in a fixed order
Ageing, then Hot, then Retained, then On track. One flag per requisition, chosen by precedence, so the list sorts itself by what needs attention.
SLA ageing per requisition
Each requisition carries SLA days and openings. Cross the SLA and the flag turns to Ageing, which counts in the tiles and is what Watcher agents look for.
Stage funnel and source list
See how many applications sit at each stage of a requisition and where the candidates came from, so you know which sources actually convert.
Candidates de-duplicated by phone
The same phone number is always the same candidate, whichever recruiter or form brought them in. Their history, calls and applications stay on one record.
Interview rounds with scorecards
Score each round. The headline score on the candidate is always the latest scored round, so the shortlist reflects the most recent conversation.
Rejections need a reason
No silent drop-outs. A rejection is saved with a reason, so a client review or a source report can say why candidates fell out and where.
Offers with a locked fee
An offer records current, expected and fixed CTC, notice days and experience, and copies the client’s placement fee % at release. That percentage never changes afterwards.
Joining date raises the invoice
Record the joining date and the placement invoice is raised automatically from the locked fee. A 90-day replacement clock starts the same moment.
Every new candidate gets a call.
Every call gets a transcript.
The Recruitment pack has no AI tools of its own. It does not need them. The CRM’s voice agents, transcripts, agents, AI Studio and MCP already work on candidates and requisitions, because they are leads and pipelines underneath.
Voice agent · screening callA candidate applies. About 90 seconds later, the phone rings.
The voice agent introduces itself as AI, checks notice period, location and expected CTC, then hands over to a named or least-loaded recruiter, or books a callback into a real free slot. Calls run 8am to 9pm in the candidate’s timezone, DNC is honoured, and up to 3 attempts are made if nobody answers.
Priya: Sure.
Agent: What is your notice period, and are you open to Bengaluru?
Priya: Thirty days, and yes.
Agent: Noted. I have booked a call with Rohan on Thursday at 11:30. You will get a WhatsApp confirmation.
Transcripts & summariesEvery screening call, searchable.
Human or AI, each call gets a transcript, a summary with intent, objections and next step, and full-text search across all of them.
Triage & Watcher agentsAssign, chase, and fill the gaps.
Hire an agent with one job: score and round-robin new candidates, watch requisitions past SLA, or fill notice days and expected CTC from transcripts each night.
AI StudioAsk the whole desk a question.
One chat with requisitions, candidates, calls, tasks and invoices connected. Reads answer at once. Anything that sends a message shows an approval card first, and Undo replays writes in reverse.
MCP for Claude & CursorYour desk, inside the AI you already use.
One-click Claude.ai connector, or one API key for Cursor and Claude Code. 80+ tools across the CRM. Keys inherit the creator’s role, admin sees the workspace, manager the team, user their own, and every call is audit-logged.
Candidates arrive from wherever you advertise.
Every channel the CRM already captures from lands on the candidate pipeline. Calls go through the telephony provider you already use.
