Every item carries ordered and executed quantities. Executing above the ordered quantity is refused unless an approved variation covers it.

Bill workings generated, never typed

This bill, retention, tax and net payable are derived from certified work. A certified bill freezes. Corrections go into the next bill, so the record never changes underneath you.

Guarantees with expiry

Advance payment guarantees and performance bonds, each with its expiry date. A bond about to lapse flags the project; a lapsed bond outranks every other flag.

Procurement indents

Comparing quotes, Awaiting approval, PO raised. When an indent passes its need-by date without a PO, a task is raised for someone to deal with it.

DPR and snags with severity

Daily progress reports per site, and a snag list where each item carries a severity. An overdue high-severity snag is the second-highest flag a project can show.

Retention release from taking-over

Retention release dates are derived from the taking-over date and the profile: after the 12-month DLP in India, at the Taking-Over Certificate in Dubai. Not a reminder someone has to remember to set.

Straight answers for contractors

Can one workspace run Indian and UAE projects side by side?
Yes. Each project carries its own jurisdiction profile. An India project bills RA bills certified by the client’s QS with GST 18%, a GSTIN, 5% retention and a 12-month defects liability period. A Dubai project bills IPCs certified by the Engineer under FIDIC with VAT 5%, a TRN, 10% retention capped at 5% of contract and release at the Taking-Over Certificate. Amounts are in INR or AED accordingly. Every default is overridable per project.
Can I type the bill figures myself?
No, and that is the point. This bill, retention, tax and net payable are generated from the executed quantities that were certified. A certified bill freezes; if something was wrong, the correction goes into the next bill so the record of what was certified never changes.
What decides the flag on a project?
A project shows one flag, chosen by precedence: a lapsed bond first, then an overdue high-severity snag, then behind schedule, then a bond about to lapse. Otherwise it reads on track. The order is fixed so the table is always read the same way.
What does the pack not do yet?
Sub-contractor accounts, extension-of-time claims and municipality approvals are out of scope today. Payroll for UAE site crews under WPS is not a CRM feature either; it lives in Graciax HRMS alongside Indian statutory payroll.
