Costing sheet with GST schemes

Cost lines from rate sheets, markup against margin, and the scheme you trade under: tour package 5% no ITC, 18% with ITC, pure agent 18% on commission, or no GST. Forex buffer on foreign currency, TCS off by default, Rate needed flags, margin amber under 8%.

Suppliers and rate sheets

Hotels, activities, transport and guides with seasonal windows, per-room and per-pax nationality tiers, vehicles with km caps and driver allowance, blackouts, and CSV import for the whole sheet.

Trips, bookings and vouchers

A trip is a frozen copy of the accepted proposal. Per-service bookings run Pending, Requested, Confirmed with confirmation numbers. Vouchers are frozen at issue, carry a public link, and are refused unless the booking is confirmed.

Ops board and traveller page

Today shows arrivals, departures and services due, with the guest list and supplier requests behind it. Travellers get their own page with the day plan and vouchers, and a feedback form after the trip.

Money and back office

Instalment schedules, payment links on your own Razorpay keys, supplier payables and trip P&L. Accounting export including the TCS 27EQ CSV, two-sided cancellation, and a Setup readiness screen that tells you what is missing.

Straight answers about the Travel pack

Does Travel AI send proposals to my customers on its own?
No. Travel AI drafts and revises proposals, looks up rates and prepares schedules, but it never sends a proposal, publishes a public link, issues a voucher or takes a payment without your approval. Each of those raises an approval card and waits.
Does it connect to a GDS or a bedbank?
Not yet. Rates come from your own supplier rate sheets: hotels, activities, transport and guides with seasonal windows, nationality tiers, vehicle km caps and blackouts, imported by CSV if you like. Free lookups cover places, weather and FX only.
How does costing and GST work on a proposal?
The admin costing sheet builds cost lines from rate sheets, shows markup against margin and applies the GST scheme you choose: tour package at 5% without ITC, 18% with ITC, pure agent at 18% on commission, or no GST. Foreign currency lines carry a forex buffer, TCS is off by default, missing rates are flagged Rate needed and margin under 8% shows amber on the list.

The proposal is finalised into a trip, a frozen copy that is operated and collected against. Each service is booked Pending, Requested, then Confirmed with a confirmation number. Vouchers are issued only against confirmed bookings and are frozen at issue. Payments land as numbered receipts against an instalment schedule, and the trip P&L updates as supplier payables are recorded.
Is the Travel pack priced per seat?
