Graciax is a subscription-based SaaS platform. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
At Graciax, we keep things simple, clear, and transparent. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or using the request form below. We never lock you in.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period, unless otherwise stated for your plan.
- No cancellation fees cancel anytime.
- Access until period end you can keep using Graciax through your current paid term.
- Auto-renewal stops you won’t be charged again after cancellation.
- Confirmation email we’ll email you once cancellation is processed.
Refund Policy
Because Graciax is a digital SaaS subscription, refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods. However, we may approve refunds in specific situations listed below.
- Duplicate / accidental charges (e.g., charged twice for the same period).
- Service access issues caused by Graciax where we cannot reasonably resolve the issue.
- Wrong plan charge due to a technical error (not user-selected upgrade/downgrade).
Not eligible (common cases):
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Unused subscription time or low usage.
- Refund requests after the billing period has substantially progressed.
- Third-party fees (payment gateway/bank charges) where applicable.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (typically a few business days).
Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)
- Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated charges (if applicable).
- Downgrades usually apply from the next billing cycle to avoid service interruption.
Data Security & Retention
Your data is handled securely. After cancellation:
- Your account may remain accessible for up to 30 days to reactivate (based on your plan).
- You can request permanent deletion by emailing support@graciax.com.
- After the retention window, we may delete data to protect privacy and security.
